Care plans
A website is software. Its platform, theme and plugins release updates every week, some of them security fixes. Left alone, it slows down, breaks quietly, and eventually gets hacked or goes offline on the day it matters.
The problem
Care plans keep it working: updates applied and tested, daily off-site backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, and a monthly allowance of edits and small changes. Managed hosting is available if you would rather we ran the server too. Monthly, no lock-in.
An update changes something, a form stops sending, and nobody notices for a month. The enquiries from that month are gone.
Out-of-date plugins are the most common way small sites are compromised. Cleanup costs more than a year of care.
Images pile up, plugins accumulate, the database grows. The site that scored well at launch takes six seconds a year later.
Nobody is on hand to update a price or add a page, so the site drifts out of date and starts costing you credibility.
Our answer
Every plan covers the essentials: core, theme and plugin updates applied and checked, daily backups stored off-site, security monitoring and malware scanning, uptime monitoring with someone who acts on the alert, and a monthly allowance of content edits.
The Standard plan adds two hours of changes a month, speed and Core Web Vitals monitoring, broken-link and error checks, a monthly performance report and priority response. Professional adds five development hours a month for new pages and features, ongoing SEO maintenance, a staging site for safe changes, same-day weekday response and a quarterly strategy call.
Hosting is available on infrastructure we manage, sized to the site and its traffic, or we deploy to and maintain hosting you already own. Either way: backups, monitoring and a documented deployment process.
